Position Description:Serves as lead investigator for complaints of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct; triages reports and complaints, advises parties of resources and options, and assists with informal resolution efforts; and assists with training and prevention programs.Percent of Time/Week:100%Service Schedule:Calendar YearEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree required.Required Qualifications:At least three years of experience in equal opportunity, investigations, and/or related administrative field; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent attention to detail; ability to exercise a high level of independent judgment, to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups, and to work with highly sensitive and confidential information required.
